Quick answers
Do I need insurance?
No. We're a transparent self-pay practice, so there are no pre-authorizations, no claim denials, and no one standing between you and your care. Many services are HSA/FSA eligible, and financing is available. Our membership is not insurance and does not replace a health plan.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A $50 deposit at booking reserves your visit and is applied to your $150 visit fee, with the remaining $100 due at your visit. All sales are final; deposits are non-refundable, but your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled visit if you request the change at least 24 hours in advance. Missed visits forfeit the deposit. Members are not charged a deposit.
How soon can I be seen?
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available.
Where do you see patients?
By secure video anywhere in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Texas. In-person visits are available in the Miami area when appropriate.
What happens at my first visit?
You meet one-on-one with Dr. Toirac, who reviews your history, labs, and goals before recommending anything. You leave with a care plan built for you, and she stays your provider for every follow-up.
